Pengrave Engineering acquired the intellectual properties and rights of Remal Thorid in 2006 and will continue to promote their full range of technologies, including after-sales and spare parts, all totally under the control and direction of Pengrave Engineering.

Most products require cleaning, or some other form of surface treatment, before they can be painted; Remal Thorid provide automated spray pre-treatment systems, or immersion systems or a combination of both, designed to provide the necessary substrate for painting and to suit the complexity of your product.

 

We can supply either wet-paint or powder coating systems, with an extensive range of paint booth designs, application equipment and ancillary equipment.

 

Our ovens make efficient use of fuel: for drying water from your components after pre-treatment, paint drying or curing powder coated products.

 

All automated systems use some form of mechanical handling equipment to convey the components through the various processes. We can offer all types of floor and overhead conveyors. And to complete the system, electrical design and process control; from a simple control panel to a sophisticated control package that can report status conditions to your in-house operators, or directly to our engineering team.
