from a simple
Electrocoat Oven
The most important part of the design for this oven is to have sufficient quantities of fresh air within the air systems to displace fume released during the drying process and reduce the extent to which condensate will appear on the oven panels. To avoid leakage of condensate it is recommended that the oven internal skins are fully seal welded. The drying process releases a particularly noxious fume and odour that can only be destroyed by incineration. A good oven design will incorporate a thermal incinerator for all waste gases and recovery the heat from the incinerator for use in the oven heating system.
